  • Impersonation & Catfishing: Misrepresenting your age, gender, identity, or uploading photographs of individuals without their express written authorization.
  • Automated Scraping & Spam: Using web spiders, bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data, collect email addresses, or send unsolicited commercial promotions.

4. Account Credentials & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to immediately notify DateSugarMommy.com of any unauthorized account access or security breach. Each member is permitted exactly one individual account; sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is strictly forbidden.

5. Member Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos, bio texts, and messages you submit. However, by uploading content, you grant DateSugarMommy.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and format your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

All platform trademarks, logos, visual designs, custom graphics, and software code remain the exclusive intellectual property of DateSugarMommy.com.

6. Memberships, Subscriptions & Cancellations

Basic registration and profile browsing are provided free of charge. Optional premium subscriptions unlock advanced discovery filters, read receipts, and elevated messaging limits:

  • Transparent Pricing: Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are clearly displayed prior to purchase confirmation.
  • Discreet Billing: Billing statements feature generic, discrete descriptors to ensure personal financial discretion.
  • Easy Cancellation: You may cancel recurring billing at any time through your account settings without cancellation penalties.

7. Offline Meetings & Safety Disclaimer

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
